These are not booked separately, they’re woven into your session as needed:
Myofascial release (MFR)
A slow, deeply intuitive technique that works with the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and organs. MFR helps unwind long-held tension patterns, improve mobility, and ease pain at its root. It’s especially powerful for things like fibromyalgia, postural imbalances, or chronic discomfort. It can also release emotional stress stored in the body, supporting a more grounded mind-body connection.
Manual Lymphatic drainage (MLD)
This gentle, rhythmic technique supports your body’s natural detox process by stimulating the lymphatic system. It helps reduce swelling, ease inflammation and promote immune function. It’s especially useful after illness, surgery, or when you're feeling stagnant or heavy. MLD leaves you feeling lighter, clearer and more refreshed from the inside out.
Lomi Lomi inspired massage
Rooted in traditional Hawaiian healing, Lomi Lomi uses flowing, wave-like strokes to bring harmony to the whole system. My version blends intuitive touch with emotional presence. This is ideal for those needing reconnection, gentleness and a sense of being held. It’s especially helpful during transitions, grief or burnout when you need full-body restoration.
Craniosacral therapy (CST)
Using light touch along the spine, head, and sacrum, CST helps the nervous system downshift into deep calm. It’s subtle, but profoundly regulating. Perfect for anxiety, headaches, chronic stress or emotional overload. You may not feel much movement, but the stillness creates space for clarity, ease and balance to return.

(custom aromatherapy)
A personalized blend of high-vibrational essential oils, crafted intuitively to support your energy and emotional state. Whether the goal is grounding, clarity, heart-softening, or stress relief, the right scent can gently shift your internal landscape.
Optional take-home: a handcrafted roller or mist to continue your ritual beyond the session.
🜂 Stillness Practice
(guided mediation + breathwork)
A quiet container for stillness and reconnection. Using breathwork, imagery and intuitive cues, I’ll guide you into deeper presence…especially helpful when the mind feels chaotic or the body feels distant.
Can be used to open or close your session, or woven in gently throughout.
🜁 Energetic Support
(intuitive energy work)
Using crystal tools, smoke rituals and grounding techniques, I work to clear stagnation and invite energetic reset. This may include working with amethyst, selenite, obsidian or subtle herbal resins depending on your needs.
Think of it as clearing the static so your system can come back to itself with more ease.
